I order online with UBER from the co op in Fernhill Road constantly. I order 2 bottles of different wines. I order 13% wines yet every time I get 11 % wines sent to me. I'm sick of being ripped off. Be careful what you order.

Lack of stock in the chocolate and sweet section and the £6 offer in the freezer section. Always slightly messy.

Came in 1/624 to use the post office. Was shouted over to "you're coming to use the post office, it's closed because it's me and my other colleague". No apology. Just that it's closed. Terrible customer service so will now have to drive somewhere else, waste of time considering it's supposed to open still.

Tesco express closed for a month. Coop knew but within 2 days they have no stock. Excuses of being low on staff! Bad marketing etc. Lots of locals depending on them for food and they cannot get their act together! Obviously don't want local business

Our corner grocery shop - we come here often. Sometimes the stock is low for some products but in general I always find everything I need. Not suitable for a big weekly shop probably, but great for small things.
