Leather on my shoes pilled of after one month. Manager was trying to explaining me that it was okay for their shoes. She told me that it?s not faulty item.
I?ve went to Camberley Clarks and they returned my money back straight.
I think that it?s bad practice for business, better to admit that shoes are faulty. That?s the way you don?t loose customers.

Took my Grandson in to have his feet measured for shoes..He threw a fit lady was so patient with him..So he got his shoes..
Went in again today with my Grandaughter the manager served us..She was amazing went out of her way to find a pair of trainer my grandaughter wanted..Thank you

I took my daughter in last week to clarks for her first pair of shoes, and all the ladies in the shop were so lovely and welcoming!
She had her feet measured by Beverly, who was so accommodating and friendly! Such a lovely first experience there! Will defiantly be coming back!

Big shout out to Beverley for making my grandsons fitting for his first pair of school shoes such a great experience. She put him totally at ease, was friendly and professional and made the visit enjoyable despite the shop being really busy. Great customer service.

This store appears to disregard the company's 6-month warranty policy. I have always conducted myself in a courteous manner and expect the same level of respect in return, especially from a reputable company like Clarks. If a store has a returns policy, it should be honored consistently. The shoes in question had a manufacturing defect, as only one shoe was affected. While I understand that shoes will show wear and tear over time, especially within the 6-month warranty period, these shoes were in excellent condition aside from the manufacturing issue. The experience was deeply humiliating, and I am hesitant to trust this store for future purchases, particularly for my children's school shoes. The store manager's lack of customer-centricity further diminishes my confidence in the company.

Just had the best service/experience in Clarks Farnborough buying trainers for my 3 year old. Beverley welcomed us immediately, and despite not having an appointment nothing was too much trouble and made the whole experience great for me and enjoyable for my son. Simply great customer service

I took my daughter in to get new school shoes a few months back. Been meaning to write a review. She had been very anxious about starting a new school and getting new shoes was making it even more real. The ladies who work there were amazing. So kind, so helpful, thoughtful and spoke to her in such a lovely way. We spoke about our dogs and the diffrent styles she might like. Seems simple, but it went a long way. Thank you, a lovely experiance. She was so happy.
