Both the manager today and the sales associate Jade where AMAZING!\\nI am clueless with technology so going in to look at printers was something I was nervous to do because I didn?t want to be pressured to get something that ended up wrong. Both ladies that i spoke to where not only really helpful and not pushy in any way they actually made my day! They took time to find out what i needed it for and when i told them i was an artist the hype they gave me was so sweet and so encouraging. I think the mood and energy of a shop is so important and to have happy, bubbly friendly people to talk too set this shop appart from the shops with stuffy, bored staff that are too intimidating to approach. I was given all the information I needed and left having a better understanding of what I might want but also left with a massive smile on my face because these ladies know how to hype a girl up! If you feel intimidated about looking for computer?s printers ect go see these girls they will help and make your day while doing it.

Nothing is ever in stock. Awful service (as always!!) Made much much better by an attentive girl and guy at the back of the store. After waiting 16493529yrs to get served they were Friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. Even got my fridge carried to the car in the rain. 2yrs ago I would've given them 1*. They made up for that ?

Went to collect a pre ordered mobile. Didn't have ID or bank card with me, so couldn't collect. Yet, IF had chosen home delivery, those checks are NOT required. Hate the inconsistency... and, as a result, the inconvenience of a need for a return visit.

Bought a laptop (HP Pavilion) April 2022, which was advertised with 1 year of Microsoft 365 personal, but is not there. 6 calls to customer service, multiple explanation, in the end they decided that despite the second photo of the product advertising this, that deep in the software spec it states that a 'full version' of Office is not included and so, we are not entitled to this offer. Terrible customer service, not honouring what they advertise. I would avoid, stick with Amazon.

Went in to buy a fridge-freezer and was put on a waiting list, and told we would be contacted within a week; two weeks tops. Three weeks past and we went back to them in-person. Sales staff tried to reserve one (as it was in stock), but then had issues so we went over to customer service, who said they would do it within an hour. We came back an hour and a half later and it wasn't even done, but it was done at that point.\\n\\nLater on, after the fridge-freezer was delivered, post-delivery I noticed it wasn't level, so I called them up to ask if someone could come out to fix this. Two surly servicemen came to the door, not wearing masks (despite it being in the height of the pandemic), came upstairs without wiping their boots, and were incredibly blunt, rude, and unhelpful. It was the most unpleasant sales experience I have ever had and I was infuriated by the two gorillas sent to fix the fridge-freezer (they claimed that they couldn't).\\n\\nAfter this experience, I definitely won't be shopping for anything larger than paper supplies at Curry's again.

This is the place to come for your home electronics needs. The selection in store is quite good for smaller electronics which you can carry out in a bag, everything else needs to be delivered. There are plenty of displays to play around with and staff seem pretty knowledgeable, but still hard to get come across. I was back in there around 5pm on a Monday and only one cashier was working the checkout. I was the second person in line and several staff walked around me a few times before someone finally came to assist me with my payment. Overall still a good place to shop.

An amazing place really. They don't sell things that are to overpriced, but everything they sell is reliable - anything you buy from currys, you can be almost certain that it will work and last for a while after you buy it. They don't sell cheap knock-offs, but a variety of good, quality products.\\n\\nYou may have already heard it by now, but there's a system that currys is currently using, and, as far as I can see, still use for the foreseeable future.\\nThis system is, of course, there price match system.\\n\\nBasically, if you find something in one of their stores, but you find that it's cheaper elsewhere, they will simply match the price. They even match discount coupons and things. A few days ago I went in to a currys store to buy a Google Home. It was being sold online on a website for 4 pounds cheaper. All I had to do is go up to the checkout, show them the site and they, after only a few seconds of waiting, lowered the price down. This is not only a good system but incredible customer service.

Salesman tried helping but currys IT system not let me buy the printer I wanted. Spend an hour. I could not even buy at home. Finally I bought from Amazon.\\nI wanted to use currys because website said the printer is in stock but it was not. I wanted to buy their repair plan.
