I would highly recommend Kelly at Farnborough branch to help you make your next carpet purchase. She was super helpful today in letting me try out carpet and underlay combos and then in translating my napkin scribbles into proper cutting plans to minimise waste. Now I hope the rest of the process runs just as well.

We called into the Farnborough branch this afternoon to arrange a carpet for our hall, stairs & a bedroom. We were assisted by a friendly & professional gentleman called Victor. All in all, it was a swift & easy process; by the time we left we knew the date the surveyor would visit & the date of the carpet fitting, which is only 4 weeks away. We were also able to get a very good price on out purchase.

Excellent service can?t recommend enough.We visited the store and chose the carpet and arranged one of their guys to come and measure up. Had another call to book a fitting date so all good. Day of the fitting which was 3 bedrooms landing and stairs. Fitters are first class and made a great job of it. I?m not one to leave reviews but the service was first class and deserves to call it out.Thanks Carpetright Farnborough

Ordered a month ago. In store experience was fine. Was told wait time was 2 weeks ended up being double. Had X3 no show measurement appointments from carpet right themselves and now a month later being fitted. Pretty poor communication throughout the whole process including on the day of fitting where I had a call 5 minutes before arrival saying they are on their way to fit (contractors by carpet right).I would not recommend
