Always get my cards from here. Big choice, good prices! Only problem sometimes you can't find a 'normal' birthday card around any special day - like hubby's cars has to be bought in October or November for his December birthday as by the time you get to December there's a huge selection of Christmas cards and not so many normal cards. If you're organised though there's no problem, just a bit of forward planning needed!

The staff in the Card Factory, Farnborough are always so friendly and helpful. A few times I have been helped by Wendy and she is a credit to the store. They have an amazing range of gifts and cards at affordable prices. I think in this day and age, we as customers are quick to review a negative experience, but I wanted to take a moment out of my day to say thank you and to recognise the positive impact that some high street shops make! Keep up the fantastic customer service ?

Card Factory is a great shop, with an extensive range of inexpensive lovely cards & gifts for all occasions, this store is well stocked with a huge range of quality cards for everyone and every occasion at fantastic prices, together with plenty of birthday and celebrations paraphernalia. Always find what am looking for in here and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Pleased to see high street traditional card shops still popular and thriving. Well recommended to shop here!

I walked in.... I walked out.... I popped into the store to purchase a birthday card for my husband I wasn't even in there 2 minutes before I turned around and walked straight bck out.... the shop was totally empty only the employees working in there at the time.... not one member of staff even acknowledged that I was even there till I walked out.. He said (basically) hello what do you want? Wow with an attitude like that absolutely nothing I'll take my custom somewhere else... so I did bad atmosphere bad attitude won't be visiting that particular card factory again

The staff in Farnborough card factory are fantastic!I went in their with my partners Nan who is 94 with dementia. There was one member of staff in particular that was very helpful and patient I wish I new her name. She helped Nan with paying for the cards as I was behind Nan with my baby in a pram. Thank you very much :)
