Went into Card Factory, Farnborough this weekend. The cashier on the till greeted us with a smiley 'Hello'. When we paid for our purchases, another cashier was happy, chatty, and very pleasant.
Was a real change from some of the other stores we visited on the same day where we were lucky if we got a grump 'wanna a bag'.
Well done to all at this branch.

I've been in there many times it's my favourite card shop. Plenty of choice got everything I wanted today and was served by a very nice, friendly young lady called Kiri.

Always get my cards from here. Big choice, good prices! Only problem sometimes you can't find a 'normal' birthday card around any special day - like hubby's cars has to be bought in October or November for his December birthday as by the time you get to December there's a huge selection of Christmas cards and not so many normal cards. If you're organised though there's no problem, just a bit of forward planning needed!
