It's small but works well, friendly staff and gives advise, will order for next day if not in stock but most of the time medicines are available, has good choice of vitamins too and toiletries and cosmetics

Popped in today to pick up some lateral flow test for my children who have to test every day, due high covid cases in there class, older lady extremely rude, handed me one box and a leaflet, turned her back on me and walked off saying I had to read the leaflet and use the code. Fair enough if that's the new rules but manners cost nothing. If you can't handle customers asking the same question, without your response being curt and without manners, perhaps customer service isn'tthe job for you. I won't be back, even though you are my local chemist. Shocking customer service.

I've been using this pharmacy for over 20 years. This is a modern business with old fashioned service. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Their prescription delivery service during current Covid restrictions has been a life saver (literally in one instance).If only other businesses could be like them.Thank you Bridge Road Pharmacy.
