Recently discovered this boots is on Deliveroo.. thank goodness because (I?m an unprofessional) I?ve decided to start changing my hair and needed emergency hair dye. They?ve not failed to get the exact items I need, and also write lovely messages on the bags that make my day! Thank you guys, you?re going to heaven ?

Usual good Boot's store, live up to their long & well established reputation. Located within Farnborough Hampshire's Princes Mead indoor Shopping Mall. Helpful & nice staff, I've always found here

I'm very grateful for Tia and heniil for helping me find a gift for my grandma, as I had no clue whatsoever to get so they helped me and found me a gift set for her and my grandma really loved it so I'm really thankful for them.

This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced at a Boots. Slow and understaffed. Goodluck getting prescribed medication.

Went in to the pharmacy to get some over the counter pain relief after having dental work done. Asked to buy some pain relief that's over the counter only. I was told to try paracetamol and ibuprofen first. I told the pharmacist I had done that already which is why I was there trying to get some pain relief. He told me to call 111! What's the pain relief for then? I don't need 111, I've had a lot of dental work done on my teeth and it's normal to have some pain and swelling. He denied me the medication and couldn't sell it to me as it was 'too strong' why make it available to buy over the counter then? Rude staff.

Avoid this boots pharmacy, the worst service imaginable. Incredibly rude staff and continuously makes mistakes that have negative ramifications for their customers. There is another boots less than a mile away. If you value your dignity or sanity do not go to this boots.
