Excellent service all round from Neil, Matt and Tiffany. Nothing was too much trouble and despite only buying a car they took in part-ex, I felt like I was being treated as if I was buying a brand new M5!

I got my new car in February (X1) and I?m still in love with it everyday, thanks to an amazing man called Richard. He helped me pick the car what was best for me in my price range and life style. I think he is a master at sales and just knows what a client needs and wants. All the staff from start to finish was very pleasant and polite. Richard went above and beyond, and even took me for a test drive as well. What obviously went brilliantly. I will never buy another car anywhere else. Also this my first BMW, and it will not be my last thank you, everyone.

Extremely disappointing experience with BMW Farnborough after making a purchase earlier in the year I reached out the dealer due to some issues with a vehicle that was 6 months old when I purchased it, I was initially told the works wouldn?t be competed under warranty however soon after it was agreed that the works would be completed under warranty and that issue resolved. I was looking at making a purchase for a new vehicle and asked what the dealer could do if I?m honest they offered me a deal and stated that was the best they could offer didn?t feel like they really wanted wanted my business. Their loss is someone else?s gain as BMW main dealer was able to broker an even better deal then they m had offered and have been excellent from start to finish . Personally I would avoid this dealership as they aren?t interested in selling you a car and if they where then they would go the extra mile to get your business in a day and age when there is so much choice and competition to buy cars.

I'm surprised by the high ratings posted. The experience I had with the reception was dreadful. She was rude, jumping to conclusions and very unhelpful. It's not the first time I've had a poor experience and this was the final straw. I've now changed my BMW garage to somewhere else

Very feeble and cold response/conversation with some of the sale side executives. Need to tee up their communication if they need to shine. For now I will choose another dealer if not brand.
