I parked my car at B&Q Farnborough, intending to purchase goods there, but decided to firstly walk across to Asda to collect my prescription first, then I returned to purchase 2 items in B&Q. I ended up with a £60 parking ticket. I haven't done anything immoral. So could you tell Total Parking Solutions to give a 30 minute grace period before I have to enter the store, what if I had hung about to eat a burger (from the burger van in your carpark) before I entered the store? This has really put me off from buying burgers in your car-park. Also, I think it might be safer if I just purchase items from Amazon for now on. I'm too scared to go back to your store.

Got served by Aggy in the paint department. She was extremely helpful,helping us choose the right paint to use and even choose the colour as we couldn't decide. Very lovely helpful lady.

Liers! Came in store earlier picked few things up, Called up around 5:30 to check timber cutter was working, got told the was broken be back up Thursday (thought was odd as was working the day before. Okay these things happen. Drove to Gford (35 min drive) they didnt have what i needed and cutting was open till close. I went back to Fborough as forgot one more thing to find machine working but closed for the evening (i arrive just after 7) When i asked, Was informed yes was broken, but no one their to cut it, people can?t be assed to help. If you don?t want to help people or have good customer service i highly suggest look for another job! Just be honest with customers goes along way!

The reason I hardly go to b and q is because it's expensive and the service is shocking,.example today when I went to look at flooring today, Saturday. Struggled to find a member of staff and when I did , she said just go to the desk and ask. I continued looking and then I see a member of staff, Harry. I asked the same and he responded the same as the other member of staff to which I replied, can you go and ask for a tannoy, he hesitated and said he would. He came back in seconds and said he has. No tannoy went out , no staff available , hence I avoid at all costs!

B&Q Farnborough is decent, but there are areas for improvement. The store is well-stocked with a variety of DIY essentials, which is great. However, customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's hard to find staff when you need help, and the checkout lines can get long during busy hours. The layout can also feel a bit cluttered, making it difficult to find specific items quickly. Overall, it's convenient for basic needs, but there's room for better organization and quicker assistance

This website acts like a marketplace for many items and even if you think you are ordering from them using b&q logins you are actually buying from third parties which have different return policies, in some cases dismal. It is misleading not including return policies for items b&q advertise in their own website.

While I had an issue with the condition of some rolls of turf, the staff at B&Q Farnborough greatly impressed with their level of customer service, doing all they could and more to put the matter right. The duty manager, Duncan, in particular was excellent. In my experience, the store leads the way in retail customer care, and more than restored my faith in B&Q
