Parking is awful doesn't matter what time you get their just about find a space.
Their is always a queue and if you don't know that you've to pay for parking no free voucher if you've spent over an amount in Asda.

Caught out by parking ticket. Didn?t even consider that I?d have to pay for parking at an Asda! My local Tesco and Morrisons superstores have parking time limits over 3 hours but I just popped to click and collect an Asda order! Of course I?d pay 50p or whatever it is rather than risk a fine (if I knew!!). Well that?s Asda black listed for me. Won?t shop there again and will avoid other asdas out of principle!

Waited 10 minutes at self scan.
Left my shopping and went around again. Waited 5 minutes for help. Eventually went to tobacco counter to pay. An assistant doing self service explain, lots of people phoning in sick, can?t recruit staff. Eventually he said he apologised. Disappointed with the sad story. I don?t care. I?ve got my own problems and just want to get my shopping done.

Ordered online groceries. Money was taken out of my account: groceries never turned up. I rang Asda customer services and they told me the Farnborough Asda wasn?t picking up and to ?just give it time?. Will now need to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Meanwhile I now need to go to the grocery store and buy things for dinner before taking my kids to their extracurricular activities with limited time to prepare anything now. No apologies or explanations from eother the customer service team I contacted or the Asda Farnborough store. This is the second time it has happened. Will be shopping else where in the future:

Be aware of the paid parking. The signage is awful and ASDA should have signs inside / at the doors of the shop so that make customers aware. They seem to not care about this issue that lots of customers are upset about, which is what I found when I rang to complain and asked about extra signs. A small action that could have a large impact on their customers. I won't be back as a £42 ticket for half an hour is a joke.

Rubbish service at the tills and help desk no help available and the way they treat the customers is disrespectful won?t be coming back to this place again !

No sign of parking fee anywhere when we shopped. End up with £48 fine for 45? in the shop and being their customer. Ridiculous! This is how Asda treat their customers?

Received a fine for parking or a 10 minute shop. There is no obvious signage, especially at night! I won't ever be coming back.

Have shopped with Asda for years and absolutely gutted to receive a fine for 70 pounds for a fee of 50 p. Sort this out as I am no longer prepared to go to a supermarket that charges for parking! Appalling!

Be careful about parking here to do your shopping, our family went to visit and bought a kettle as a present. The parking signs are inconspicuous and Horizon Parking managed to steal £42 in parking fees for a kettle that was bought for only £20. Awful experience I am telling everyone never to buy from Asda ever again for failing to provide customers with free parking. Just terrible!

Shops great, cafe not so great.
I'm a veggie and watched the lady use her hands for food no gloves and no washing hands in between and cut a meat product and then my vegetarian option with the same knife didn't appreciate the carelessness
