The shop we've been shopping at every weekend for about 6 years. I spend an average of 200 pounds for a family of 4. I am satisfied with the prices, but the parking lot is a bit inadequate on weekends and I was fined 70 pounds once because I forgot to pay and left:) It seems that it will continue to be indispensable for a long time due to its location and proximity to the shopping center.

Asda, cheap and cheerful can?t complain at that. But their policy on selling alcohol to people is completely ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense.I can walk in with my 8 year old niece (who obviously has no ID) and get served enough booze to run a bar all night, yet when my 33 year partner is with myself (who looks great for her age but not 17) and my niece we cannot be served a bottle of wine for new years. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.

Not happy about paying for parking. Asda should have made a deal before renting out the lot so that parking is free for its customers. If the owner is going to reply to this, actually provide information about parking isntead of "we are looking into this" pretending like you don't know the problem exists.

Went to asda this evening with my disabled son for him to get his shopping we normally go on the 24th am but late opening not open till 10 am so went this evening big mistake we used a different car so had to register it for free parkingoh my i wish I had just .payed up front the staff were so disrespectful and passive aggressive I left the help desk and done my shopping on way out i said to my son in ear shot of staff the one who was rude to me I will pay for parking rather than having to put up with the contents i was really upset and surprised when she ran from behind the counter to aggressively have another go at me i was outraged and want the manager to get in touch as when I rang to complain she pretend i was nasty so as not to get in trouble im so upset that people can lie like this im 67 years old and will never go in that shop again she is a lier and needs some training or the sack. When I rang and they said she was cryng i thought it was because she was sorry for her behaviour but no. and the person I was speaking to made it quite clear see believed the staff member and not me I've been left feeling distressed to say the least I feel it was a waste of my time phoning them. I done that in the hope some other elderly person would not be made to feel the same way I was I do hope the manager will have the decency to phone.me some people really should.not work where they have to speak and help the public

Farnborough ASda. The cigarette counter. Always massive queues. Due to. One person run off her feet. Doing two jobs. Returns and cigarette. There should be two people. That would cut down the queues and keep people happy.

I love Asda but loathe the convoluted and easily/deliberately misleading car parking in this busy retail complex.My wife and I popped into Asda on Sunday 19th November at approximately noon to peruse the clothing department and purchase a couple of lottery tickets.We purchased the tickets with cash and, as often we do with small cash purchases, didn't bother to have a receipt printed.Back to our car and off home.A few days later a letter from Horizon parking with a fine for non payment of parking charge.How can I now prove to them we actually did visit and purchase from Asda?A far bigger question is just how 'legal' is it for these parking companies, such as Horizon', to seemingly be able to conjure an absurd and ludicrous amount for a fine which can be hundreds of times higher than the actual car park charge??Who can I contact?The car park wasn't that busy either!I am more than willing to pay the exact amount for our 45 minute stay.

Had to wait for my shopping to be checked at the Scan and Go as everyone was being flagged and the poor guy was doing his best on his own with lots of customers needing full scans, also because of this I forgot to scan my rewards and vouchers so I'm annoyed as well ?why do you have two bloody apps and not the ability to add your rewards card to the scan app?

Nathaniel at trolley checkout is extremely rude and aggressive for no reason. I was talking to another worker and he literally interrupted us mid conversation very hostile started shouting at me and my girlfriend. The one and only time I don?t shop at Tesco!

Terrible signage, got a £70 parking ticket for less than an hour's stay.They don't have any email address I can find or contact information.Phone number is automated and sends you round in circles or to the Asda website which sends you back to the same phone number.Asda Farnborough please contact me.

Just received a parking ticket in the post for £70 this I ridiculous I might as well shop at tesco and get free parking. No visible signage. What a joke I will never return to this store

Asda is a store that gives me value for my money the fruit & veg is always fresh and Asda has a lot of products including household I do my weekly and daily shopping at this store it's open at 6 in the morning so it's convenient for me,5 stars all day long the only fault I find with the store is the AI checkouts which I don't like to use
