I went to Argos to collect my Click and Collect orders just before Christmas, and I was really impressed with the service. The lady who served me was incredibly polite and professional, making the process smooth and quick, even with the holiday rush.
She had everything ready for me, and the whole experience was stress-free. I appreciated how efficient and friendly she was, especially at such a busy time of year.
I?ll definitely continue using Argos for Click and Collect in the future?great service every time!

Sad to see how fare down hill i remember the days when you could go in give a number and someone would bring you your item now it can take up to 24hours for it to get to the till? news flash if we wanted to wait for it to be delivered to you i might as well get it shipped to my house??..

I bought a product for my elderly mother which wasn?t suitable so I returned to the Farnborough store where I was made to feel like a criminal with the staff member unpacking it in its entirety (even though it had never been opened) and he then inspected every piece under the light before finally announcing that I could have a refund. I will never shop here again because it is absolutely unacceptable that they should make their valued customers feel this way just for returning unsuitable items.

Inclusion policy needs to be reviewed, a person suffering from a physical disability was unable to return an electrical item today because she could not physically press the buttons. A young able-bodied male assistant demonstrated that he could use the item to the disabled woman and therefore he would not refund. Disgraceful. We will be taking this further.

Extremely unhelpful, patronising, and rude manager at this store. Electrical item couldn't be returned as it had been opened (???) even though it was unusable for an elderly lady with arthritis. The manager actually said even his Nan could use it so refused to offer any help!! We complained to head office who said there's no reason why he shouldn't have refunded and accepted a return for the item under these circumstances and to go to a different store due to this managers unacceptable attitude.

The staff are helpful & accomodating, that's what makes it nice & I'm sorry, I just answered quick questions & put that there isn't a restroom tho'as it's within Sainsbury's, there are rest rooms at the front of the store but a short walk from the Argos at the back
