We have had appalling service from this company. Almost a year on from purchasing the vehicle at the end of our lease we are still no closer to a resolution. Slow to respond to emails and misleading information provided throughout. Avoid if you can.

WORST COMPANY EVER! They ask you to take drop the vehicle to garage for servicing but doesn’t authorise garage to do the work. You have to do the chasing to Alphabet to authorise the work and they will do it when they are bothered. I have had a core on lease with this company. when the vehicle was collected i was advised that it was in very good condition. a few weeks later i am reviving a invoice for £280 for scuffs to the wheels completely out of the blue. the company seems completely unwilling to uphold the view i was originally provide with.... read full comment
