My experience with Wickham car servicing has been amazing, until my experience with the receptionist ‘Sarah’. I have never been spoken to so rudely or been shouted at down the phone when trying to chase up my quote. Outstanding service. Every member of the team is approachable and courteous. Mike, Eric, and Sarah are fantastic. Always offering supportive advice with a can-do attitude. They always find a solution to a problem. I am so glad to have found an honest garage with excellent customer service. Highly recommended
