We are both senior citizens and struggled to get my disabled husband to Wickes to choose emulsion, only to find when we arrived that the whole of that aisle was closed off for what appeared to be stocktaking. Surely this is something that could be done when shop is closed. Won't be going back there in a hurry.

I put a large order into wicks of fareham, when checking the order I found only one bag of finish plaster instead of 8 try to add to the order and was told that there would be a delivery charge not very happy as I paid £35 for delivery

Saturday 28th June 2025. Had to make a return from something I had bought online from wickes and replace with something else and even though the return portal wasn't work Katie got around it and return done in same day and new item purchased. Made my day so much easier and saved me from having to go back. So thanks Katie for your help!!

Toilet water intake incorrectly sized so leaks

Quick and easy to find what I wanted . Very helpful chap at til. Prices were pretty decent too. Only downer is people parking on the corner as you enter car park. Very tight to turn into with cars on your L/H side
