Bloody awful website. When you type in 2 items and one is not available you cannot tell which one it is. There was stuff in stock when I got to the store which the website said there wasn't however.........I witnessed the counter assistant Mark being incredibly helpful and polite to the lady in the queue in front of me and he extended the same helpfulness and politeness to me. Great stuff Mark, thanks very much.

This is a really large, well stocked store.\\n\\nOrdering ahead on the app or internet is convenient, but whenever I've dropped in there are usually three or four staff ready to help.\\n\\nDecent prices, competitive with Screwfix.

Making it clear that your carrier was parcel force on online ordering, would have changed my choice,ie I would have collected.Now I am stuck unable to finish a job and at the post offices mercy . Cheers

The joke in our house is very blasphemous. The Toolstation catalogue is my bible. It guides me through the difficulties of my DIY with a multitude of useful ideas that often save my soul. Click and collect is a god send feature that I rely on often and feel so much better for their continued support.
