At around 13:25 on 21/07/25,visited Fareham TKmaxx,just about to pay at the till,a store manager leaves us queuing at the till,to push the shopping baskets.What a joke!

Store clerk and manager were unhelpful when I asked for help , I visited many tkmax stores and specific this fareham branch and noticed the staff and their manager are very lacking professional customer service , I?ve noticed that only in this specific store and reading other negative reviews I do agree how lack of customer service specially when you are an immigrant it feel how they look down to you with a dirt look , and noticed at least between themselves they seem having great time to each other but to a customer it?s like they are busy to help , I took the time to write this complaints also to HR , I think the fareham tkmax staff and manager needs some extra training how to serve ??every customers??

Finding something good in TK Maxx is a bit random but when you do it's pretty good. However, bargains are getting harder to find - in fact I'd say they were priced very similar to other stores. My idea of TK was it was an outlet for getting a cheaper up market item - but this for me, doesn't seem to happen now. I tend to find supermarket clothes are much cheaper and just as good.

Shocked at how some staff presented themselves, scruffy, serving with chipped nail varnish, scruffy clothing, face full of piercings. No standards. But I guess thsts society now!

I had the most horrible experience just because my mom was wearing headscarf first security guard was following her everywhere in store then the managers were walking around my mom it was first time i saw this much racism

My wife & I love to shop here. Fareham is our local but we also visit Waterlooville; almost an addiction! Great range of items & many bargains ( price code 2 is usually the best since items show a true retail price - so not surplus stock or special purchase). Clearance sections always worth a look.
