Nice shop overall, with a wide range of products and pretty much everything I needed in stock. However, for a business that prides itself on customer service, I was disappointed with the supervision at the self-service tills. When I required assistance to remove a security tag, the staff member seemed more interested in chatting with a friend than helping customers. When she eventually came over, she was abrupt rather than helpful. It left a poor impression at the end of an otherwise positive shopping trip.

I don?t know what James is on about, I went in to buy some monster and happily provided ID to the lovely woman on self serve. Sure I?m plenty old enough to buy it but I understand they?ve got a job to do. It?s a shame some people feel the need to write negative reviews regarding their own personal forgetfulness regarding ID.

New fridge units with doors mean I can no longer shop for meat or any other cold things as disabled and cannot open the doors, get in fridges or reach anything all whilst blocking others to use about 3 fridges a time.Will need to find somewhere else to shop now

Too big. Finding items confusing needs better signage for areas. No print labels for printer. No small skimmed milk stocked. Won't go again.

We left one of our shopping bags hanging on the hook at the front of the trolley then remembered it a few minutes into our journey home.We went back to the store and the young man who collects the trollies had found it and handed it in. THANK YOU

A well run shop, well done to all the staff. Underground free car park, full wheelchair access (in store mobility scooters available) and escalators between shop and parking level. Costa Coffee to sit in if you need a break. Scan n Go, self check outs, express check outs and very helpful staff...online or in store Tesco's has made shopping easy. Oh...and the toilets are well maintained and very clean.
