Attitude stinks, customer not wanted. Walk in to order and want you out before you order. One word questions ask for salt pepper and dried onions and 1 shake which missed the sub i asked 4 times for more shaking . Asked me what sauce for a dinner I did not order. The salad bit was rude and non communicative. In this country we talk to customers ! Used to be amazing in here 8 years ago as manager went above and beyond to help but now dead soulless waist of space

First : they are doing everything possible so you will not able to get your offers on your sabbatical point card
Second: I am intitle to 2 dips with my side. Oh no parantly I am not I title to any so I and up with a soggy waffles chips
Thirt: they are so rude and rushing so much that they miss adding sauce to my sandwich

Ordered online the sandwiches were fine but forgot drinks and sent a burnt foot long cookie dough that was inedible, for £5 a cookie dough I would expect much better!

Food was fine, service wasn't great, the guy behind the counter just threw the sandwich together didn't put enough meat in, when i asked for extra cheese he said there wasn't enough when there was plenty, also barely any salad in my roll too. His whole attitude was as if he didn't want to be there, baring in mind it was pretty much dead in there so wasn't rushed off his feet either

Usually me and my partner visit in person and have a good experience every time. Staff are usually nice and make food as asked for but every time we order for delivery they mess it up. Completely ruins the food and adds sauces and toppings that I didn?t want and forgot multiple items.

Staff rude, added chicken without telling me that it was an extra 3 quid for it until I got to the till. Added the wrong sauce then just added the right one as if it didn't happen. Didn't even ask if that was OK, just continued without telling me. So food swamped in sauce. Not impressed. Selection of drinks was bad. 1 bottle of regular coke, 2 bottles of coke zero and 1 bottle if regular coke. Neither me or my partner drink zero.

Cold in today when my wife daughter and granddaughters. Will had what we wanted including vegan for my wife served quickly food was good and price was very reasonable.Kid-friendliness: There's plenty of food there for kids to choose from including drinks and cookiesWheelchair accessibility: Has a wide door with fairly easy access and room inside to move around with care

The only subway I have eaten at which sells stale bread! Rubbish experience rude staff dirty tables and worst subway I have ever eaten. Save your money eat elsewhere

Went in an hour before close and staff treated us like we were an inconvenience, practically threw food together, Will not be visiting again!!!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes without getting served. One of the attendants looked round the corner from the kitchen and just walked away without serving me.

Unless staff did they even finish school as they can't remember what you order!! Have better trained staff!!
