Staff were friendly, helpful and professional at all times. I hate wearing glasses, but the staff member helped me me a good choice of frames and we were able to find some nice frames to suit my face.

The Fareham branch of Specsavers is the one I visit for when I have to get a re-test for work purposes. The staff are always friendly, polite and there's a great range of eyewear available. I'm always left feeling positively surprised with the customer service experience of Specsavers, considering it's a massive company.
