Visited here for a spa break with my friend. Dissappointing stay ☹️Rooms not true to images on booking sites & our room was dated and tired.If you want to use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room you have to pay £10 each on arrival (in the small print) but the pool was crammed with families so didn't get to use it till after 6.30pm as went for a relaxing experience.....Breakfast... read full comment

I am shocked that this is a 4 star hotel. I had awful service and I observed other guests having awful service throughout my whole stay.
