This company have been appalling! A new front door has been paid for and yet EVERYTIME I ring and ask when can it be fitted I am fobbed off and told someone will ring etc etc. I asked for a specific date well in advance and took the day off work and STILL no contact and no door! The sales process was really good and not pushy at all. The price was in line with what we had expected to pay but communication from point of ordering was pretty poor. I had to chase for installation dates and was told that my front door wasn't going to be delivered. They were able to find us an alternative door temporarily...
