Horrible service all the way through. I got locked in my flat for 3 hours because the door handle fell off and the lock broke and they didnt send someone out until hours after so i had to get someone around to climb up to my window and get me out. No support with maintenance issues, as our property is a new build Sarah simply flags issues to the developer and we are months into having reported issues which are not resolved.

From initial inquiry to moving in, Peter has been exceptional from start to finish. Really prompt replies, friendly, honest and open. Has been straight forward from start to finish. I really wish the rest of the estate agents were like Signature. Couldn't recommend enough.
