They have just increased their petrol to £1.41 per litre, which compared to other local Shell garages is damn expensive. Not going there!

Extremley rude and unhelpful even walked away while I was talking to serve at another till!!!...Older lady was just as rude and negative. These people need to learn basic customer service

Only popped in to use the toilet and get a drink. Could definitely do with the toilet being cleaned a bit more. Wasn?t a great experience. But the staff were friendly and drinks reasonably priced and a nice variety.

I was looking for a Shell garage, but when I got here, it had obviously changed to an Esso and ASDA. Not what I was looking for. That said, the staff were very friendly.

The staff are so lovely and helpful especially jerry, he helped me out the most but they where all very nice and helpful, it was one of the hottest days ever and I was really really struggling I can't thank the team or jerry enough for all the help I was given and thank you to the boss who let me use his phone, I don't think I have ever received so much help in my life and I will never forget it
