Enormous thanks to Shelby, who was so kind when we visited Shell at Titchfield early this morning. We were lost as a result of the partial closure of the M27, and Shelby helped us find a route home. An angel.

They have just increased their petrol to £1.41 per litre, which compared to other local Shell garages is damn expensive. Not going there!

Extremley rude and unhelpful even walked away while I was talking to serve at another till!!!...Older lady was just as rude and negative. These people need to learn basic customer service
