Won?t be coming here again, staff made me feel very uncomfortable as a first time customer and felt very judgy, made faces when I asked simple questions as if I was stupid. Was a woman worker with brown/redish hair, very sad as a first time customer.

The staff were really helpful when I needed some advice about a product. The answer wasn't obvious but they were happy to give me their time to researching it on the internet, then sell me exactly what I needed.

Great staff and perfectly fine.
But I find myself heading more and more to Toolstation as they still produce a catalogue that you can look up things in your lunch break or in your van when there is no phone reception or use Toolstations in store catalogue to flick through..... All these used to be available at Screwfix.
You're not always sure of what the item you need is called, so its impossible looking for it on the internet or from the screwfix computer consoles.

Local branch very much gave me a. surprise by it going to Digital placing of my requirements, Prompted me to go home and download their app. It will not save me time as I do prefer a catalogue and can compose my order too.

Not good at all.Purchased on line for nextday delivery which did not happen.If you advertise and confirm nextday I store collection,then you need to stick to it.Messed my work up big time so won't be using them again.
