Right at Home cared for my mum in her home for the past 4 years. When My dad died so unexpectedly, Right at Home made the process so easy to get the care in place - right from my first conversation, and then each step of the journey when my mum?s needs changed or increased. Any concerns are raised immediately, and having access to the carer visit notes is so reassuring and means that I can see how my mum whenever I want to.Everyone from Right at Home genuinely cares and have gone above and beyond at times when my mum has needed extra support. The carers that visit are consistent and provide excellent care and support as well as providing genuine friendship. The office team are always helpful and have offered support to find solutions to problems as they arise. I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone who is looking for someone to care for a loved one, right from companionship through to more personal care. They are rated ?Outstanding? by the CQC, and they genuinely are outstanding in everything they do.

Right at home cared for my mum at her home for many years. All the carers were really supportive and friendly and mum looked forward to their visits. The level of care was regularly reviewed and adjusted as mums health changed. This care enabled mum to stay at her home much longer than she would have been able to without it. Any concerns were raised with me and the agency were very helpful in finding solutions to support mum. I would thoroughly recommend Right at Home to anyone looking to find care no matter how small or large the care need is.

The care my 93 year old Mum has received, 3 x day, has been wonderful. Her caregivers are kind and compassionate, always ensuring she is comfortable and has everything she needs.I particularly appreciate the continuity of carers as its it?s important for Mum to see familiar faces which enables her to build a relationship with them.Right at Home is well organised, providing a professional, caring service and I would certainly recommend them.

Really pleased with this service so far. Having a parent dead against having any help I am delighted my dad actually praised his carer after the first visit and is keen to carry on. Well done Charles and thank you all at RAH for getting this far!

I was delighted with the service Right at Home delivered in caring for my mum from the very first chat over the phone to the assessment visit they carried out was friendly & professional & importantly listened to mum & what she wanted/expected so the level of care was tailored to her needs while still maintaining her independence as much as possible the two ladies that were allocated to care for mum were absolutely lovely & spent time chatting with mum as well as seeing to her care needs.I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home to any member of my family & hope if the need arises they choose Right at Home to care for me.

We have been delighted with the care and support given to our Aunty. Right at Home were able to put a support package in place very quickly which was tailored to meet Aunty?s needs and has the flexibility to adapt to her future requirements. She is very happy with the visits she receives which enable her to stay at home and still be independent in her advanced years.

We are incredibly pleased with the quality and reliability of the service. The friendly care giver is punctual and has already established a good relationship with the client. We were also pleased to have a follow up visit from a member of the team to confirm that we are fully satisfied with all aspects of the service.

It is very team focused on everyone the clients and staff, give opportunities to say in how to make the company better, I enjoyed interacting with clients. There was also a lot of training to keep the employees up to date and well trained.

Joined as a coordinator in January. Induction training was very informative, fun and proactive. The office staff that were conducting the induction was very open to questions, and as a company that specialises in care, remained professional and honest, true to the company's values and goals.The office staff are some of the most supportive people I have ever known in a professional environment. Ever since I have started, I had received constant support, feedbacks and catch-ups throughout my training period, and had constantly been spoken for reassurance as to how I felt throughout my learning stage; learning itself was very straightforward, the feedbacks has been very constructive and any criticisms had been very positive. The role within the company is also very interesting. There is no days in which the work would not include anything new. Suggestions are taken in consideration as soon as it materialise, which is the other aspect that I like about the company, is that it allows for extra projects and roles outside my main role. It is safe to say that I am very happy to have found the company, and I see myself working for a very long time, if not, permanently within Right at Home.

The care provided to our elderly mother was excellent. Everything was thought about and communicated to us. The care team were lovely to mum, who really enjoyed their company. We couldn't fault the service provided by the RAH team.

Induction training was extremely intense and very informative, a lot of information to take on board which is an absolute must, in order to ensure professional quality care is given to maintain independence living for their clients as well as their dignity.I?m genuinely blown away by how welcoming the Directors (Kev) & Amy and all his management team came across during the 3 days induction training course.The impression I felt was they care for their clients and also care about their staff. I?m looking forward to my journey as a care giver with Right At Home.

Recently did my induction with this company and it was such a warm atmosphere to walk into. You can really tell that they deeply value their carers and service users. It has a completely different culture to so many other care companies. Really excited for my journey with Right At Home Solent! :)

I have been working for Right at Home Solent for 1.5 years now as A CareGiver and have been very impressed with all the support and flexibility I have received to help find the right work/life balance. The training is very thorough and we receive regular update training too. Right at Home Solent actively encourage and help you progress within the company if you wish to develop your skills and take on specialist roles, they will support you fully to achieve your potential.

Right at home as a company are so fantastic that I'm speechless. If you think something is too good to be true then it ends up being this way but not with Right at home, Their office staff are brilliant in being down to earth, so supportive and no problem is ever too big or too small for them. I have had the amazing opportunity of meeting some of the Caregivers, They are wonderful as well as very easy to make conversation with and do not mind sharing their experiences. I have also had the honour of meeting Amy and Kev (The Directors) on different occasions including having Kev come in on my induction, they both are the reason why it is so easy to see why Right at home are full of so many incredible people as they are themselves. From start to present Right at home has gone above and beyond in making sure that I'm ok with everything, and answered or helped immediately with any queries that I have had. My interview with Emma was like a walk in the park she made my nerves seem like they shouldn't have been there, my induction day/training went beyond expectations and previous experiences, everyone who was a part of this made it this way. I have also been given the opportunity to do some leafleting while waiting for Dbs to come back which has now thankfully has returned but the opportunity of leafleting and not being left out of work has been a brilliant opportunity so far I owe a massive thank you to Emma and Lauren for setting me up with leafleting. I will finish this review with a massive thank you to everyone from Right at home and will say I can't wait to fully start my new career as a Caregiver with everyone!
