I?ve used RHI twice in the last two years for asbestos removal from a domestic property and on both occasions they have been superb. Most recently I asked for a quote to remove a large pile (500kg) of asbestos cement roof sheets - within two days of enquiring the job had been completed and paperwork provided. Great service and highly recommended.

We have used RH Insulation Services Ltd twice recently for the disposal of asbestos flooring and an asbestos soil pipe.Their communication was great and the guys that came out were very professional and knowledgable. We'd 100% recommend them to anyone looking to professionally remove asbestos.

Had a young chap knock on my door saying I can get free insulation under a government grant; At first I was very sceptical but agreed to have a Surveyor carry out survey on my property. It was a slightly long process but a couple of months later we had our walls insulated to what I can assume is a high standard. My heating bills have drastically improved and my property retains its heat much better than before. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with cavity wall insulation, but pitifully unresponsive when it came to loft insulation and boiler replacement. I?ve been chasing for this work to be done for months and asked for it to be done quickly. Every call (well in excess of 10) has included an assurance that I will be contacted soon about progressing it, but still waiting. My email to customer services several weeks ago received no reply. Very disappointing and becoming increasingly obvious that they are just wasting my time. I have asked if I should get it done by another company, but been assured that it would be done!

Tried to sell an unsuitable insulation to a near-blind 95 year old and then when a family member luckily turned up had to be asked several times before leaving. A very pushy "manager" then came back and tried to sell to the clearly upset family member and got unpleasant when he got nowhere.In my opinion, companies like this are a blight on society operating behind a pseudo respectable front but taking advantage of the most vulnerable
