After my experience yesterday I would stay away from these vets. My daughter has to send her darling dog over the rainbow. And the way we where treated and what happened has left us hurt, upset and distressed( her baby did not suffer i may add).
But we did .Yes we have made official complaints which is being looked in to.
But please do not use them .The branch we went to is Fareham Collingwood.
I would hate for anyone else to have this happen to them.
The one star is for the young lady on reception she was great and could see i was very distressed when I spoke to her as we where leaving.

We get all of our dog food here and all of our wild bird feed,suet balls and suet squares here. Cheaper than most other places.
