I spoke to a member of staff on the phone today about my fish. Have only had the tank about 12 weeks. I needed some advice about the conditions, I also found a baby fish today and needed advice about it's care. The member of staff was extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions, I am a newbie to it all!

Can't fault companion care vets, took my 5month old puppy in for an emergency and can't thank the staff enough they were so compassionate and reassuring. Helen the manager really helped and made me feel at ease and made a lovely cup of tea. Radu the vet explained everything very well and reassured me everything would be OK and he really did do everything he could puppy is now recovering well . Thank you for all your help would highly recommend.

Awfull.. went to buy a Hamster..3 staff on..zero customers..finally found someone to serve me..that took 5 mins..she wandered off assuring me she'd be back in 2 mins..spent the next 5 mins talking and wandering about... i left ..if they don't want to sell me a hamster say so..don't leave someone standing there !!

They tend to have most things that you're likely to need for your pets. They may cost a few pennies more but they make up for it with lots of staff at the checkout and they're all very knowledgeable if you have a query. This may not be as new as Hedge End but parking is less stressful, especially approaching the end of the year.

Only one member of staff on a till and two customers infront with the front one having his details looked up (probably for VIP card) took longer to go through checkout then to actually walk in shop choose 3 aquarium plants and walk to checkout.

Nice pet store with big range of stock for different pets. Plenty of free parking. Very helpful staff. Good deals with loyalty card. You can sign up online.
