My husband and I wanted a trip away for NYE to Tenerife which was a bit last minute considering the time we were looking to go away.We went through different hotels and Louise knew exactly what I was thinking for a holiday after chatting to her briefly.Not only was booking the holiday simple - beforehand, we had contact to make sure we were okay and ready for the holiday along with lots of nice surprises along the way!This whole trip was effortless and I would 100% book with Not Just Travel - Your Holiday again. Just booked our second holiday with Not Just Travel and have again received outstanding customer service from Lee and Louise. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient when spending hours making sure our special holiday is perfect. The Concierge service who keep in touch throughout the lead up and during the holiday, if necessary, is also first class.

Myself and my husband contacted Louise at Not Just Travel for our honeymoon on a recommendation. Louise was fantastic, she set up numerous Zoom calls and when we finally picked a destination she got to work very quickly.She had an itinerary within days which fit us perfectly and even had things in there that we didn't think of like transfers. The trip was so smooth and nothing could be faulted.Louise and her partner even left us a nice printed note in one of the hotels which was a lovely touch and impressive for being over 4400 miles away!Would easily use Louise and Not Just Travel again for future trips and recommend to our friends and family!Thanks again!

We have been using Not Just travel to book our family holidays for the last few years. Louise is fantastic at finding holidays to suit our family and our budget. All the hotels she has organised have been amazing, both inside and in location. Louise and Not Just Travel have supported us through the travel process and were amazing though 2020 and 2021, helping us navigate the Covid restrictions and paperwork. When one holiday was cancelled they sorted out all the compensation and helped us re-book so we did not miss our summer trip away. I highly recommend using Louise at Not Just Travel and am looking forward to working with her to book our next trip.

First class experience with Not Just Travel. We've just come back from our family holiday in Florida and thanks to Lee from NJT it was great. NJT and their conceirge team took the stress out of our holiday booking from finding the right accommodation, organising park tickets, car hire and flights all in one package, as well as taking care of seat bookings to checking us in for the flight check-in (both ways) emailing us our boarding passes and ensuring we had everything we needed both before and during our holiday. Setting up a holiday WhatsApp group and follow-up call was also something you wouldn't expect from a travel company. Now we've found Lee, Suzie and the team we won't look anywhere else. Second trip away we have booked through Louise and Lee at Not Just Travel. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Tailored our holiday exactly to how we wanted. Always quick to return calls and answer any queries. Once we?d booked the holiday, the concierge service looked after us sorting out API, aeroplane seats etc making everything so much easier. Louise, Lee and the team are absolutely fantastic from helping find the perfect holiday, supporting the whole process and even following up at the end. Our recent trip to Stella Island Greece was flawless. We were looking for something special and boy did we get it! The VIP service was amazing including supporting the meet and greet parking at the airport, check in, seat selection and transfer. Nothing is too much trouble and all questions are answered thoroughly. They also add the extra special considerations such as a greeting letter on arrival to the hotel and the welcome back card when we returned home. This service is absolutely magnificent and I will never book with anyone else. Thank you all for another wonderful experience.

Fantastic service from Louise & Lee and the team, with a level of customer attention we?ve never experienced elsewhere.Their suggestions for locations and accommodation were spot-on with what we shared we were looking for. The check-ins to make sure we were happy with all arrangements ahead of our holiday, knew who to contact if we needed anything while we were away etc., were very reassuring that we were not only dealing with a professional team, but one that truly prioritises their customers wants and needs.Our experience with Not Just Travel has been so positive, we have already booked two further trips with them!

On my way back from my second Holiday that Lee and Louise have arranged. Seemless once again and nothing is too much trouble. They recommended a fantastic hotel for me to take my 2 boys away for the week and it's been incredible. Will be using them for the foreseeable.
