Good store for disabled I am able to wheel my mobility scooter in ,around the shop very easily, changing rooms are also accessible, Thankyou. Staff are polite & helpful. Always a good selection in this New Look store

Store looking a bit unorganised, girls items were mixed with womenswear, and when I tried to return an item because it was actually girls not womenswear, I've been told they can't give me a store credit, only an exchange, which doesn't make sense as it's the same thing. I had to spend time in the store with my screaming baby just to find an item to exchange with.
