Great experience today at Fareham Nando's. The staff handled the unexpected Eid rush brillantly and served food with a smile. So cheerful and pleasant feeling in the restaurant. Great place for a family dinner.

Food arrived very late and when it did arrive it was barely warm the table wasn?t cleaned there?s was loads of soap under my table and staff didn?t really seem to care

Quite disappointed, chicken was sort of hot and my chips were cold when they arrived. The Mac and cheese wasn't very nice.

Complaint Regarding Our Recent Order
Dear Nando's Fareham Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the takeaway order we received yesterday. Unfortunately, we experienced two significant issues that ruined our evening.
Firstly, the chips that were supposed to be plain for my 3-year-old son, were actually seasoned with spices. As a result, he was unable to eat them, which made him very upset for the entire evening.
Secondly, my partner, became severely ill after eating the Mushroom & Halloumi Pitta. She felt unwell almost immediately after the meal, and during the night, she was violently sick, vomiting five times and suffering from excruciating stomach pains.She is not allergic to anything, so we are extremely concerned about the quality or safety of the food she consumed.
We are deeply disappointed by this experience and expect a thorough investigation into the matter. We also believe that a refund and appropriate compensation for the distress caused would be fair.
We look forward to your prompt response.

It was extremely busy when we arrived and the lady on the door took our name and we arrived an hour later for our table of 7.
We were seated straight away and ordered our drinks and food through the table QR code.
The drinks arrived quickly, followed by the food which was all delicious.

Recently visited Nanos Fareham. It was relatively busy there. Ordered half chicken with 2 sides. It seems like Nanods have increased food prices and reduced food quantity. It took 25 mins for the food to arrive.

We had a great time at Nando?s branch in Fareham! All the food was delicious, fresh and perfect! Owen and Luke were amazing! We were a large group and all our orders were taken quickly and all the food arrived promptly! Owen and Luke made sure to check in with us and were super attentive making sure we were enjoying everything! A big Thank you to Owen and Luke for making our visit great and big Thank you to everyone in the kitchen today! Nando?s is always a good meal but the food today was especially excellent! We hope to be back soon!
