Always have missing items on my delivery orders. Sure, you get a refund but I want my food! 3rd time ordering and they're very consistent with giving incomplete orders. To avoid disappointments, dine-in or collect your orders from the restaurant if you really want McDonald's or order somewhere else.

Portion sizes are terrible - couldn?t see a single fry from the front. You?d think these fries were coming out of the server?s own pocket, must have been the owner who dealt with this order and my next order - won?t make that mistake again, never ordering from her or Whitely BK for delivery again.

Waited 22 minutes for two meals.
There was myself and another person who ordered in the restaurant and he also waited a while.
There were nine members of staff; five i the back loudly talking about Traitors, three working on deliveries and one person working fries.
Five delivery orders came in and were seen two before mine, even though they came in after my order.
I've seen McDonald's prioritising deliveries in the past, but never THIS bad.
One burger was decent, while the other was a mess - cheese and lettuce were on the side, not in the burger.
I don't recommend going on Friday or Saturday late afternoon/ evening as teenagers hang about, being loud and unpleasant. They'll also hang out in the alley by the restaurant and harass people.

Ordered food for the family to which over half was missing
Called them to be told I couldn't even go and collect as I have to go through just eat who no doubt will say they can't give me the money back
