Awful, I have to be desperate to use this shop.
Always under staffed the queues are horrendous.
Shop assistants prefer chatting to customers rather than doing the job their paid for,which is serving.

The post office spends more time closed then open. Never enough staff to cover both so the post office gets closed. Useless.

Located within a small pedestrian area, near the Fareham College. Great size store. It has loads of choice of products, vending machines, as well. It has a post office that is open during store hours. The team are always polite, helpful, and super friendly.

Bought 4 pack of brewdog for £6.50 and was over a year after it's best before and exploded everywhere...
Update June: they're still selling beer that's best before 2023.... No apology or refund but they took note...

They are so over priced, charging £3 more for backy than the coop! Acting like they are Waitrose or soemthing and when I said how expensive it was the server decided to give me her opinion on how I should quit smoking :/ I didn?t ask for health advice or opinions on what I buy when I comment on how much more there prices are.

Been here 4 times since it opened and had to walk out every time.There is only ever 1 person serving and the queue goes right down the shop.Absolutely useless shop.Wont go there again.
