Went to Lloyds in Fareham yesterday to make a faster payment. Was greeted by a lady who told us to take a seat while someone could see us, we were kept informed about how long the wait would be. It wasn't long before we were called and assisted by a lady called Shaida. Shaida was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She made sure we were happy with what she was doing, she checked and double checked every thing and also got it checked by her manager Tina. Both were very helpful. While we were there we also asked about a few other matters again nothing was too much trouble.
We would like to thank both Shaida and Lisa. Regards Allie & Ricky

Partner was turned away from being able to pay into my account using a paying in slip. Says online this is a thing that can be done. The lady at the desk refused due to money laundering. This was the same lady that struggled to count in £20?s shocking for a bank teller. Time and date of visit available for confirmation. Disappointing service.

Waited for 40 minutes to be served by a single cashier.
3 others chatting and loitering telling people to use the machines.
When asked if someone could assist, apparently they're all unqualified to serve as bank tellers.
Abysmal customer service.

Visited Fareham Branch this morning and LAUREN was so helpful
Set up New Account / added ISA all within 20 minutes of expert tuition .
Lauren took away all the pressure of on line banking guiding me through and at times leaving me to get on with it.
Thank you Lauren you are an asset to the Company and Branch

Waited over an hour to be seen by a member of staff. After 30 minutes of waiting, I spoke to a blonde haired customer service assistant, telling her there are lots of people waiting, and she replied "there aren't that many people, take your seat."I waited another 40 minutes before I was seen. There were only two people serving customers, with another 3 members of staff stood around chatting. When I asked if they could help serve people, I was told "we don't have the required training, somebody will be with you when WE are ready."Absolutely shocking service. Multiple people left before being served. This bank holds my money, yet I made to wait until they are ready to give me my money. They are closing branches left, right and centre and are now failing to provide any decent customer service. Not good enough.

Always a terrible wait, no matter the day, stop closing branches or get more servers.

Well what a fabulous experience I had in this branch on Saturday morning. After a shocking customer experience at the Lloyds branch in Farnham earlier in the week I ventured in and was greeted with smiles, courtesy and total professionalism by Chantelle, Kerris and Laura.Ladies you made my day and thank you for your help, your colleagues in Farnham could learn a lot from you, not only how to be nice and treat your customers properly but also about Lloyds internal proceedures.many thanks for renewing my faith with Lloyds bank.

Didn't have to queue for cashier as al my transactions were able to be done by staff member on a tablet. Saved me a lot of time. Staff at Fareham Lloyd's Bank are always polite and efficient.

Having banked at Lloyds for more than 50 years I was quite pleased that I closed the account when I did. 20 years ago I forgave Lloyds for screwing my credit rating. They didn't tell me that someone was using my credit card details to order goods. I didn't find our until a vital service was cancelled. Lloyds apologized and paid me £200. I closed my account last week. Yesterday I received a letter saying that they had refused payment of £5,184.39 as their were no funds. I took the letter to Lloyds this morning. I asked them to tell who or which company was trying to get the payment. After 20 minutes one of the staff tore up the letter and said it was a mistake. If I hadn't closed the account the £5,184.39 would have gone missing from my account. I didn't stop them from tearing up the letter as I had another copy. 1 star was £5,184.39 more than they deserved.
