Home instead helped support my Mother at home who had dementia it was a very good experience. When I retired I came to work part time for them. A very professional caring company for both clients & staff.

I have been working for home instead Fareham and gosport for 7 weeks and am currently really enjoying my time here everyone is soo friendly and accommodating clients are lovely office staff go above and beyond to make u feel happy and settled with in your work and are always at the end of the phone when needed

I had not done any care work before joining Home Instead and on joining, l felt very welcome with a supportive team. There is always a colleague to call on for support.Training is offered along with opportunities to progress. I am pleased l chose to work for the company and feel that l am a valued member of a great team.

I started working for Home Instead Fareham and Gosport with no prior experience in the care industry, having worked in an office all of my working life. Nearly 2 years later I am still glad that I made that move!Everyone has made me feel so welcome and if I need any extra support, whether if it?s personally or professionally, it?s always there.I love working for Home Instead, they really are a 5?? company and I look forward to working for them for many years to come!

An amazing company to work for, from the first interview to training to meeting your clients its a great transition, everyone's a family. All the clients I see become your second family and to bring them joy in their homes is just the warmest feeling, the dedicated minimum 1 hour calls gives that chance to real make a difference with their everyday life.Your office family provide all the support you need to do your job, there's no hesitation to pick up the phone.

I have worked for Home Instead for about 3 years, I absolutely love my work, a job I never thought I would ever be doing. I have a long term health condition which is very unpredictable, and I was upfront about this in my interview. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear from the company as to whether I'd been successful, having heard this many times over the years I knew what to expect, thanks but no thanks. But to my surprise I got the job. Home Instead saw something in me that others hadn't and nor had I. When I started the job I lacked confidence and was always worried about a flare up. But I can honestly say with hand on heart that Home Instead have been there for me every step of the way, I got complete support during my tough times no questions asked, and they celebrated my success with me. I have never worked for a company like Home Instead, they are genuinely the most considerate and caring group of people I have ever worked for or with. My life has completely changed for the better through their care and support.

Home Instead is a fantastic organisation to work for. There is such a level of commitment to excellence within the company. The Fareham branch are hardworking, professional and encouraging to work for. We work hard and have some quite tricky hours at times, but the work is fascinating and you work with an incredibly broad range of clients. The clients are lovely and the office team are open and approachable. They show us the care as caregivers and this provides a great opportunity for us to also pass on great care. The office team are like a family and they delight in rewarding good practice.

I've worked for Home Instead for nearly 6 years. I can honestly say its by far the best company I have worked for and I don't say that lightly! Having worked in the care industry for various care companies over a 13 year period I have had a lot of experience in The good, The bad and The ugly!! I'll leave it at that.. Home Instead have a CQC rating of outstanding and that takes a real hard effort for a care company to achieve. However working for home instead all these years I'm not surprised they achieved this and I'm very proud to be part of a company who's principals absolutely believe in being caring and compassionate foremost to their clients, their familys and work force just as equally. I really would recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for employment or for care solutions. You will be well looked after.

It is a privilege to work with our wonderful clients, who ensure everyday you leave feeling you have made a positive impact on their lives. I have worked up to having an office position where I can now attest to the values and ethos being deeply rooted in this company. The sense of belonging to a family and their open door policy makes for a very fulfilling work environment.

Having never worked in care before I never knew I would find my vocation when I joined Home Instead Fareham/Gosport over 8years ago.The staff were so welcoming and always on hand should you ever need them no matter what time of the day. Home Instead is not just a care company but a company who generally cares for not just their clients but more so for their staff and will always ensure their wellbeing comes first. Happy staff means happy clients.

Having only worked at Home Instead Fareham and Gosport for 3 months now, I can honestly say I have never felt so welcome and appreciated in a role. The team have a genuine interest in their colleagues and are happy to help and listen when needed. The management team are hands on and present on a daily basis and conduct regular check ins to ensure all is well. To work in a non judgmental supportive role is rare. I feel valued and respected and really enjoy coming to work.

I have been with HomeInstead Fareham/Gosport for nearly two and half years. I can honestly say I love my job. I love John?s ethos ?treat every client like they are your mom or dad?I love all my clients and enjoy having a good laugh with them all. Most importantly giving them their dignity they deserve. The training is really outstanding and helps me to feel comfortable in doing my job. The team in the office are always there to help and support you even on a personal level. I had to fly to South Africa for a family bereavement and the support I received from the office team was outstanding. I definitely felt valued and cared for.

I?ve worked with home instead for over two years and since being with them I have found my confidence. Working within the team have been amazing they aren?t just a care company but an extended family. It nice to know that I can go into work each day and be greeted by with smiles and laughter. John and Alison are amazing they put all there heart into making a company with great values and support to all the employees that work with them.
