Shame the staff are rude to sit there 2 minutes before closing time cashing up with doors closed, when we came in an emergency to get a bulb needed before MOT next day (on the phone to customer service as no direct store number available ) Not only would have took the two minutes to run in to get the bulb and pay. when they shouldn?t have be closed yet but a young man stood and laughed at us at the door from the till area. Unprofessional, poor business to have sales advisors who can?t respect the company values

I want a brake light bulb. I use the iPad spare part finder in the bulb section of store and request just brake light bulbs as the filter. It gives me 12 bulbs to buy , all different types and numbers!! So speak to helpful guy at till , takes the details and states get these bulbs.GET HOME AND THEY ARE THE WRONG ONES!!!! To return them will be about a 20 mile round trip so won?t be doing that for some £5 bulbs. In the bin they go. Amazon are delivering me some tomorrow!!

Went into the store today to have a rear tyre fitted to my E bike. I find it a bit sad that people have have a poor experience because mine was quite the opposite.
My tyre was fitted by Martin who could not have been more efficient and helpful, I just hope the management realise what an asset he is.

I placed a "click and collect " order. Instant email confirming the order received. Item availability/collect email followed shortly afterwards. I was welcomed and attended to very efficiently at the store when collecting the order. Very impressive service.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I managed to buy some headlight bulbs that the Southampton branch didn't have.
If you are interested in bikes and everything to do with them, then the Southampton branch is the best. They have a huge selection of bikes.
If you want anything car related, then I suggest you visit either of the two Fareham Halfords as Southampton is very limited.

Went in today to buy a headlamp bulb. Found it went to the till and was ignored by 4 members of staff. I'm not sure if they realise it's a shop. Couldn't pay, won't be back

No problems with the bike purchased but customer service on collection was appalling. 4 members of staff standing at a till with no customers to serve, talking to each other. The bike collection booth had just one member of staff who was busy doing a repair for someone. I asked the 'free' members of staff if they could help and was told they would call someone. 5 minutes later, still nothing, I asked again and one of them came over to deal with the collection! They could have done that in the first place. The member of staff who served us was great, very polite, and dealt with everything efficiently. This experience was added to the fact that when we went to look for a bike, the assistant suggested we would find a good selection online from other businesses! Such a shame, staff training seems to be very poor.
