First rate service from the Halfords bike mechanics at Fareham. An experienced and very helpful mechanic (Martin) quickly identified and rectified a failing wheel bearing. Grand job!

I booked and paid for a new battery to be fitted at 10.30am,I had an email to say that it was all ready for me, after paying my £20 fitting I was told it was not ready for me so had to take a seat for half an hour, when the young man did fit it it took five minutes for £20..bit expensive.

When one of my wiper blades snapped, Halfords were able to fit a new one the next day. They recommended a good quality replacement and suggested replacing the other blade too, which I did.Really knowledgeable staff who knew exactly what was needed. 10 out of 10. Thank you

A very poor experience.I went to the store to collect an item and purchase a stock item.I informed the staff member at the desk that I had received the email stating the order was ready for collection . I gave the reference number was informed that they would check to see if it had arrived. It had but does this mean that a collection email is sent even if it hasn't?As for the item showing in stock, they did not have any. Although I understand that sometimes this can happen I feel that the issue should be resolved to the customers satisfaction.Someone did go and look for one but none were on the shelf. I was then told that they may be in the store room but no one can go in there and look. The staff would not inform me as to if or when the item would be back in stock. I was told to go to the Gosport store who also don't have any.Previously when items have been out of stock the staff check the local stores and provide information about when they will get them back in stock.This is the first time I have had issues with this store. Usually they are really helpful.

Excellent Customer service offered by the staff at Halfords Fareham on Saturday 9th December 2023 in particular by Harry, Kyle, and Scott did a through check on the car winter check. I can recommend this Halfords to any member of the public.

I purchased a bike back in September, the customer service at this point was fine.However, when I went back to collect the bike (3 months later), I was informed the bike hadn't been built. The customer service handling this situation was extremely poor.

I am so pleased to have gone to Halford branch today as I met Mr Scott, one of the staff who was so kind and helpful. He was very professional and knowledgible. In general I would recommend Halford as all staff are so friendly and positive.
