Store policy NOT to accept a Government issued (through local council) bus pass as an acceptable form of ID. Not everyone has a passport or driving licence and that's a £1000 sale the shop has just lost.

Popped in to originally sell some gold, wasn?t over the moon about the price offered, but still better than most quotes from elsewhere. The lady explained that not only do they buy gold, but that you can use it as collateral against a loan to the value of said gold. This suited my situation perfectly and the lady serving and her colleague were so friendly and explained everything to me throughly and in words I could understand. They made sure I was happy with everything and were very informative. Quite handy if you?re in need of some cold hard cash before payday and you don?t have good credit.

Amazing service. I wanted a gold chain to replace the one of my recently deceased mother's gold cross, I was unexpectedly given a good price for her broken one.The service was so good I went back to buy myself jewellery from my small inheritance.Julia was very attentive, she knew whatsuited me and what didnt; I trust her judgement and will not go anywhere else in future.I am most grateful for Julias empathy, professionalism and knowledge.First Class service such as this is not usual.Thank you

Called up to confirm what was needed to cash a cheque. We followed their instructions and gave them all the information we was told we needed, to be told in-store a completely different thing. Wasted time and effort. Completely unacceptable.
