My son and I visited Fareham H Samuels on a few occasions to organise an engagement ring. The staff there were amazing, very interested, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Lucy and Sarah. I will always go back to them for any jewellery any of us want in the future.

We had a lovely experience picking out wedding rings, we first visited Fareham store yesterday (20th) to get an idea and look at some rings, Chloe was extremely helpful and full of knowledge on what type of ring would suit my engagement ring and had lots of patience whilst letting myself and my other half try on different wedding rings, we went away to have a think and came back into the store today where we had Darren who was super friendly and approachable, very helpful and again helped us with his knowledge, with this we found our perfect wedding rings for our big day! Value for money 5 stars. Customer service 1 star. I wanted to replace my wedding band after 33 years due to it being from Rayners in 1991 and poor quality. An emotional thing for me to replace. Both assistants have been very abrupt and had 0 customer service skills. Just collected my new ring and wasn?t even given a box to keep it in until my husband and I have a special night out to celebrate our marriage
