Went in at 9am for bean and sausage bake for breakfast and it was stone cold. Pretty sure I was served the previous day?s pastry. Always disappointed when my pastry has no warmth at all

I live around the corner and have been a few times, each as disappointing as the last. Today was really something special. It took 3 members of staff to serve me - I order a bacon baguette and a latte. The woman serving me said " a sausage baguette yes?" I said no, a bacon baguette. As you've likely guessed, I get home to a sausage baguette with 3 small sausages in. I wouldn't be as angry if this was a one time occurrence, but each time it really seems like nobody has a clue what they're doing. Also writing a complaint to Greggs direct.

Typical Gregg's within a petrol station. Not quite full range of products. Clean and hygienic. Sandwiches, baguettes and cakes. Plus hot range or sausage rolls and pasties
