There's no parking as the staff and delivery vans take up all the space. The older delivery driver (longish hair held up with glasses) is arrogant and rude. The service desk operates at the speed of a moving glacier so if you stop outside the door when collecting something heavy you're guaranteed to annoy the very important delivery man. There's not even a disabled parking bay.

Bought L plates which aren't magnetic enough. One fell off the front of the car so now have to tape them on.

Only went in for one item. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The customer in front was very rude and disrespectful but the staff member remained professional at all times and never said a wrong word. Took it all in his stride.
Got what we needed and will be back if and when the need arises.
