Went in this morning to the Fareham branch and never in my life have I seen such a lazy young lady where do they get their staff from? Stayed sat in her chair whilst talking to me over her shoulder, couldn?t be bothered to get up and help customers. I asked her if she was stuck to the chair.

This is a horrible EE phone shop. I'd booked an appointment for a 'Repair', there is a massive flaw with EE in that it lets you book a repair appointment with stores that cannot carry out repairs. I was immediately told that I would have to wait 5 days to get my phone back and I should go to a Portsmouth instead (which had no appointments for the next 6 days the last time I checked.) The store WiFi didn't work to allow us to check the appointment times with Portsmouth and the staff member said she couldn't check for us (this seems like something EE stores should be able to do for customers if signal/WiFi is non-existent). I was told to go to the Fone Works next door and pay for my battery replacement (which is supposed to be free with EE for current Pixel 6a). The girl serving us, who was short with blond hair, heavy lipstick and glasses was just extremely unhelpful and seemed like she didn't want to work at all. Very disappointed because EE is usually a fairly pleasant brand to use in terms of customer service.

Bought a phone from EE last week and all was great until it started opening a google review page for what I thought was no good reason. Assumed i had checked or unchecked a box by mistake. Took the phone back in today and within 10 minutes they had uncovered my error. We had a good laugh about but they certainly saved my sanity today. Good work chaps.

Disgusting behaviour- sat outside on the benches looking in EE to see 3 guys that work there ?helping? a guy with extra needs- aka they sat there and kept on laughing at him, dont know what they think is funny, but thats disgusting behaviour

Me and my mum came into the Fareham shop today and was greeted by Jordan. He was so friendly and was great with resolving our situation. The customer service that Jordan gave us was brilliant. Would like to say thankyou for putting are minds at ease. Will definitely be returning.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Faulty WiFi 5g hub returned having given up within a week of purchase. After plenty of resistance from staff a refund was finally agreed. We?ve since been charged 2 months of rental with no WiFi, multiple visits to the shop, plenty of false promises for phone calls and refunds?still no phone call, still no refund?. Impossible to cancel via customer service as they will only verify the account by sending a code to the sim card from the router (which was returned to store over a month ago) perfect! Manager mark and his sidekick Jordan would be better suited signing on and staying home. Terrible service all round!

The store is very well laid out, but the customer service of the young lady working there was terrible. My mum had seen a deal online this morning and wanted to discuss it with someone in the store, she said the deal isn't active anymore even though we had it up on her phone.
She was bringing up deals with chrome books included even though my mum wanted the earbuds. My mum just needed some guidance but was told just to 'go get it online then'
She was very unhelpful and we felt as if we was bothering her.

Terrible customer service. Lazy manager who just want to direct his staff to continue what they where doing rather than assisting with waiting customers. EE family customer?s who will not use this store again.
