Went in this morning to the Fareham branch and never in my life have I seen such a lazy young lady where do they get their staff from? Stayed sat in her chair whilst talking to me over her shoulder, couldn’t be bothered to get up and help customers. I asked her if she was stuck to the chair.

This is a horrible EE phone shop. I'd booked an appointment for a 'Repair', there is a massive flaw with EE in that it lets you book a repair appointment with stores that cannot carry out repairs.
