Simon was very attentive and extremely helpful. As someone who?s never bought a mattress and had no knowledge Simon thoroughly went through each mattress and was very knowledgeable.

Excellent salesman who did not press us for decision, explained options and lead us to each of the 5 choices of mattress the ?diagnostic bed? had identified. We opted for number 2 and thus far it has been an excellent choice.

I visited Dreams soon after the store opened this morning and was helped by Simon, to make the choice of two beds ready for the move to my retirement flat. Simon explained the construction of the mattresses and the appropriate choice of the beds for my needs. I was grateful for his help.

I visited the Fareham (Broadcut) store on 5th March and was properly greeted and served by well-mannered and knowledgable staff. Having searched for ages for replacement pillows for (I am ashamed to say) very old Dunlopillos I settled on a pair of Silentnight Hotel Collection pillows. They are wonderful and have kept their amazing softness, texture and shape.

Was greeted on arrival by a friendly member of staff. Explained what I was looking for and I was directed to the computer bed that assesses my body requirements.
From the results I was shown 3 mattresses with a pillow matched to my side sleeping way of sleeping.
The lady was knowledgeable, and I wasn?t put under any pressure at all.
I have purchased a new double mattress and was helped with a delivery date as I only available at certain times. Whole procedure was worry free ?

The shop was busy but I was greeted by a member of staff who indicated someone would be with me once other customers ahead of me had been served. I believe the young woman who helped me was Kat she was engaging, polite and helpful. I am very pleased with the delivery date in 10 days and I suspect I will be as pleased with the Tadley which has replaced the Campbell.

Visited Dreams, Fareham today. On entering store an assistant, Edward, was there to help. Needed a double mattress for an adjustable bed, already aware not all mattresses are suitable used the bed that states type of bed suggested for you your height, weight etc. Ed was knowledgeable and patient from start to finish and carried a mattress from 1st floor top ground floor for me to compare against the two I selected. Decision made Edward helped with final order and payment. He double checked everything re address, phone numbers All things considered I would recommend this Branch and the thoroughness with everything.
