Ordered a pizza for one of my customers, paid through PayPal, the money was taken only for the app to then decline the order and advised me to call the store.
Called the store, they?ve taken £17.00 out of my account and have said they haven?t received the order. I was told the money ?should bounce back? and it hasn?t and then they made no attempts to help solve my issue and just stayed quiet on the phone until I basically had no other option but to hang up.
Now I?m £17.00 down and will have to pay again to do what I initially tried to do in the first place.

1 star is too generous for my experience this evening. The staff are incompetent, rude and beyond unprofessional. Whilst trying to deal with a problem with my order I have just had the phone hung up on me 3 times!
I'd like to follow up to the reply, if the link provided actually worked.

Always consistently delicious. Our house can be challenging to find as it was a new build a few years back, but the drivers always call and go the extra mile.

Regular user and glad to say great service and food. Not heavy on the tomato sauce good balance with the cheese, the most important bit. Good work at the Stubb Dominos.

10 members of staff in the kitchen, severe lack of hygiene and hair/beard nets. Order was marked as ready to collect and still had to wait 10 mins as the kitchen staff are obviously checking order before they are ready to hit their KPI's and targets.
