My son is profoundly autistic and looks forward to visiting the Fareham Cost-cutter for his daily treat of a coke zero.
The owner of the store is very accommodating and is openly friendly to my son. The owner probably doesn't know but this helps with social inclusion for my son Luke who finds it very difficult to make friendly connections. He loves being welcomed by his name "Hello Lukey".
Thank you as it really makes a difference.

Wow the gentleman was friendly and greeted me back. He then processed an energy voucher - which he did totally free of charge! Which these days is unheard of, even corner shops have minimum limit - but he was courteous and just processed them without any fuss or money - thank you! Excellent service! I'll try use the shop more - the excellent customer service makes it worth it!

Visited at around about 6pm, served by a very sweet man that interacted well with the children In store - making jokes with both them and myself! Absolutely adore him. Please let him know he's an angel. The kids he served before me were absolutely made up by the £1000 joke and were laughing about it outside still!

Contrary to Google results, this store does not deal with Collect+. I don't know if it's down to the store to change something or not, so gave 5 stars as this is not a critique of the store, just a heads-up to others who may waste their time going here for Collect+ services.
