I don't use Costa Coffee. I think like most coffee shops they are grossly overpriced.

It's below par. Some of the staff are quite rude. Others are lovely, so it's hit and miss. It wouldn't be my first choice of places to go, but there's plenty of seating, and it's pushchair/ wheelchair accessible.
