Lovely coffee shop on the high street, service always nice and hot drinks are good quality. Always seems to be somewhere to sit. Never had a bad experience. Not the cheapest but cheaper then the coffee chains and much nicer experience

My favourite place, cool in summer, warm in winter, always inviting, staff are friendly and always welcoming. A great place to chill and reflect.

Fully understand the staff are busy but please ensure you close the lids on the take away cups as my son has burnt his fingers from the hot water spilling from his tea.

Great coffee, nice cakes & tarts. But I've teied the bacon and sausage baps, and whilst the warming process (squeezing the lively looking bread baps into a sandwich warmer) does cook (warm) the meats to temperature, it destroys the lively looking soft bread and turns it into dry squashed hard doughy-tasting 'stuff'. A great pity because they obviously have to ensure the meat is properly cooked. But destroying the bread baps makes a tasty snack a tedious meal. BUT, great coffee, atmosphere and cheerful staff even when the place is busy.

I recently visited with my two toddlers & the staff were very friendly, helpful & patient when I had a problem with my card.
And the cherry Bakewell hot chocolate was amazing!

This is my go to place for coffee as the the team are so cheerful & nothing is much for them when & if you should need any help.
