Why are you closing tills and cashing up at half 9? If your open till 10 then be open till 10 not exactly hard is it.

All staff are very helpful and pleasant for many years (4+) that I use this post office. The post office can have unconventional hours and that means you can post on Saturday evening and Sundays. Many staff members are now trained and jump on to serve as required at the post office and the tills.
The back post office is also operating since 2024 from 9-5pm which is super amazing as there's more space on the front to write and weigh parcels.
Every team that worked here seem to get on well and are all amazing and fun to encounter. This has been my experience of the last 7 years using this shop and post office. If needed they have spare sellotape and care for our items.
Well done amazing team.

Staff are so lovely and chatty, i hate that some staff in other shops are snarky and turn their noses up at you, however the staff here are amazing. Also loving the new coffee machine ??

The food and staff are fine the one star is for the fact you got rid of the main post office the only place for a few miles to get electricity & gas top ups also to do post. Then replaced it with a bad working front counter post office that half the time is not open or dosent open on time due to lack of staff and lack of staff being trained to do it. Making it so you cant top up electric or gas or post anything what if that person has no electricity or gas they cant top up or have to wait few more hours after opening to have to go back to do it. Or if it cant open you dont get any at all and as for me who dosent have transport would have to walk a few miles to get it at nearest shop with a post office to do it. Please make it so all staff are trained to do the post office incase people are not in or make it so the front tills can at least top up British gas electricity and gas cards.

I am Rachel F. My delivery via UberEats, only half turned up (no notification or refund). I phoned store. I spoke to Chris who was wonderfully patient and professional. He acted above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.Thank you Chris for being the perfect call handler, I can only suggest you become a Customer Service Manager.

Small parking alongside with more available across the road. Very convenient for those little bits that always drop off the main shopping list or suddenly appear in the middle of a recipe.Good selection of stock but not much of each, especially when they are on offer.

Staff refused to open doors. 12 mins before closing times.Young Male staff member on sat 28th of Feb 9.48.saying we're closing early. Due to cleaning. Why coop do advertise to public 10pm? Or was this guy working badly without your knowledge?Also ignore there automated replies.Is it so hard to advertise correct opening hours to customers,in these modern times?? Really? Modern times have more accurate definitions.Why not advertise. We close early for cleaning. When ever he wants? Or we want.Please arrive 15mins before closing. If you want great service¿

Quite disappointing to arrive at the shop 12 minutes before official closing time at 10pm..to find myself turned away..along with two other customers.

The actual shop is great with good staff, however I'm getting fed up of the traffic that there delivery lorry causes parked on the road, and always at 3.30 which combines great with the school traffic. Honestly the back log in traffic this causes is crazy and something needs to be sorted.
