One of the more expensive charity shops in the local area, pricing needs reconsidering, most things are priced more expensive than what they were new or priced at ?internet prices?. Have regularly seen a sign in the window saying they?re not accepting anymore donations and I believe their pricing leads to this.

Ordered sofa and chair from here, paid £27 on top for delivery. Day of delivery they could not get it up one flight of stairs which we stated in the shop at time of purchase. Only to find when both delivery men turned up, one got out lorry saying his arm was hurting, basically did not try to get sofa in building. Surely they should have replaced him. Any they returned sofa back to shop and told me to get refund. Went to shop and got refund apart from £27 delivery. They did not deliver and one was not fit for job on that day. So be warned, you will lose delivery payment even if they do not deliver, even if one of men hurt his arm before he started.

I always go to this charity shop whenever I am in Fareham. It's a very good place to browse through old books. They also have a very good selection of old clothes and also things like ornaments.

Lots of variety of living room and bedroom furniture. Just spent a while in there looking for things for my son and daughter in law, lady who was assisting me was very helpful and patient. Will definitely be back to see what else they get in.

Better priced than a few years ago. My only iss ue is I find that I prefer to deal with the stores staff and manager team rather than the shop floor management staff. I wont make a purchase when certain shop floor staff are working, throwing there so called authority about to volunteers and un approachable attitude. But when the right staff are in or stock room staff are hovering about who are helpfull its a great place to shop

Just went into the shop looking for a recliner chair, couldn't find one we liked so asked if they had any out the back, there was one right at the back and the men pulled everything out so we could have a look, we bought it and they helped us carry it to the car. Amazing customer service!! We wish we had some cash on us to give them all a tip, they couldn't have helped us more if they tried. If we had more people like them it would make the world a better place!!

A very disappointing experience phoned on Monday to confirm they were willing to take our furniture. When we arrived with a full van we were turned away with a van full of furniture at 320 when we had to return the hired van at 530. A poor response from the manager he said sorry no good to us. We will never deal with them again!!
